There was a light breeze yesterday. The Southerly came in finally at about 8 knots. There were two general recalls( too many boats over the line at the start) and the third start was a black flag start (no radio ID on any boats over at the start). And off we went right into a hole with zero breeze, just for us. After that it was concentration between Dave Moffit and I to squeeze through the optimum angle up the course. We shared the lane with Goose on the way down and completed the last two legs with careful guidance from Brad Read and Karl Ziegler. We were first over the finish.
